Cabbage Slaw - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large head cabbage
1 large onion
1 c. sugar
1 c. vinegar
1/2 c. low-cal oil
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 1/2 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. celery seed
Preparation

Bring vinegar, oil, mustard, salt, sugar and celery seed to boil.
Shave cabbage fine or chop in blender.
Also, add chopped onion.
Pour 1 cup sugar over slaw and let set while making dressing.
When dressing boils, pour over cabbage.
Put into containers and refrigerate.
Very good.
