Marinated Tomatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 large fresh tomatoes, sliced
    1/3 c. olive oil
    1/4 c. red wine vinegar
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/2 garlic clove or 1 Tbsp. garlic salt
    2 Tbsp. chopped onions
    3/4 Tbsp. dried parsley
    1 tsp. basil
Preparation
    Arrange tomatoes in large, shallow dish.
    Combine remaining ingredients in covered jar; shake well and pour over tomatoes. Cover and chill for several hours.
    Use a dish with cover, turning upside-down while chilling.
