Squash Casserole #2 - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cooked squash (yellow)
    1 c. undiluted cream of chicken soup
    1 c. dairy sour cream
    1 grated carrot
    1 medium chopped onion
    salt and pepper to taste
    red pepper
    butter or margarine
    seasoned bread crumbs
Preparation
    Cook squash down.
    Mash and add soup, sour cream, carrot, onion, salt, pepper and red pepper.
    Butter a 1 1/2-quart casserole dish and sprinkle a layer of bread crumbs in the bottom. Add the squash mixture and cover the mixture with bread crumbs and generous bits of margarine or butter.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 45 minutes.
