Pepper Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large green pepper, sliced
    1 large onion, sliced and separated into rings
    1 can or about 1 c. sliced mushrooms
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 pkg. onion soup mix
    1 c. water
    pork or beef strips, browned in butter on high
Preparation
    Mix soup mix with water.
    Add vegetables to browned meat strips.
    Stir-fry.
    Add soy sauce and soup mixture and cook until thickened, but vegetables are still crisp.
    Pour over cooked rice. Serve.
