Blueberry Buttermilk Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. baking soda
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. fresh or frozen blueberries (unthawed)
    1 c. 1% low-fat buttermilk
    3 Tbsp. plus 1 tsp. melted margarine
    vegetable cooking spray
    1 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation
    Combine flour and next 4 ingredients in a bowl; stir well. Add blueberries; toss well.
    Combine buttermilk and melted margarine; add to dry ingredients, stirring just until dry ingredients are moistened.
    Drop dough by heaping tablespoonfuls onto a baking sheet coated with cooking spray.
    Sprinkle 1 tablespoon sugar evenly over biscuits.
    Bake at 450\u00b0for 11 minutes, or until golden.
