Bell Pepper Hash - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 doz. green peppers
1 doz. red peppers
3 large onions
1 pt. vinegar
3 Tbsp. salt
2 c. sugar
Preparation

Grind first 3 ingredients and mix together.
Pour boiling water over mixture.
Drain.
Pour boiling water over again.
Let stand for 10 more minutes, then drain.
Add vinegar, salt and sugar.
Add spices to taste.
Let cook for 10 minutes.
Cool and pack in jars.
