Poppin Fresh Barbecups - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/3 lb. ground beef
1/4 c. barbecue sauce
1 tsp. minced onion
1 Tbsp. brown sugar
4 to 5 refrigerated packaged biscuits
1/3 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation

In large skillet, brown ground beef and onion.
Add barbecue sauce and brown sugar.
Set aside.
Separate biscuits and flatten each one and place one biscuit in each greased muffin pan hole. Spoon meat mixture into cups, sprinkle each with cheese.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 10 to 12 minutes or until golden brown. Serve with green salad and enjoy!
