Eggplant Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (6 oz.) cans tomato sauce
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    1/4 tsp. basil
    1/2 clove garlic, crushed
    1 tsp. salt
    1 eggplant, sliced
    oil
    1 c. Ricotta or cottage cheese
    2 Tbsp. parsley
    3 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
    4 oz. Mozzarella cheese, thinly sliced
Preparation
    Combine sauce and spices.
    Place eggplant on baking sheet and brush with oil.
    Broil 5 minutes on each side.
    Mix Ricotta with parsley.
