Chili-Onion Dip(Lo-Fat) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2/3 c. nonfat cottage cheese
4 Tbsp. skim milk
2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. paprika
3 onion bouillon cubes or instant onion granules
1 Tbsp. dehydrated onion flakes
1 can chopped green chilies
assorted vegetables
Preparation

Mix all ingredients except the vegetables in a blender.
Serve with the vegetables as a dip.
Can also be used to top fish and baked potatoes.
