Lemon Cheese Filling - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 eggs
3 lemons and rind
1/2 block butter
1 c. sugar

Preparation

Cook very slowly, adding butter last, until thick and creamy. Cook eggs and sugar, adding lemons and butter.
Use only between layers.
