Lemon Fish And Rice Almondine - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. frozen fish fillets, thawed
    2 1/4 c. water
    1/4 c. lemon juice
    1 c. converted rice
    1 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. nutmeg
    4 green onions with tops, sliced
    salt and pepper to taste
    paprika
    1/4 c. butter or margarine, melted
    1 lemon, thinly sliced
    1/4 c. toasted sliced almonds
Preparation
    Bring water and lemon juice to a boil in saucepan; stir in rice, salt and nutmeg.
    Cover tightly and simmer 20 minutes. Remove from heat.
    Let stand, covered, until all liquid is absorbed, about 5 minutes.
    Stir green onions into rice.
    Spoon rice into a 12 x 8-inch baking dish.
