Glazed Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 slices bread
    2/3 c. milk
    2 slightly beaten eggs
    1 Tbsp. prepared horseradish
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. catsup
    1/4 c. maple flavored syrup
    1/4 c. water
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    1 tsp. ground allspice
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
Preparation
    Soak bread in milk until soft.
    Add eggs, horseradish, 1 teaspoon salt and 1/4 teaspoon pepper.
    Beat smooth.
    Add beef and mix well. Shape into 3/4-inch meatballs.
    Place on rack in shallow baking pan.
    Bake in a 450\u00b0 oven for 10 to 15 minutes.
    Heat remaining ingredients to boiling; stir often. Add meatballs; heat through and keep warm.
    Serve with wooden picks.
    Makes 65.
