Peaches And Cream Dessert - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. flour
    1 (4 serving size) pkg. vanilla pudding mix
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 egg, beaten
    1/2 c. milk
    3 Tbsp. melted butter
    1 (16 oz.) can sliced peaches
    1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
    1/2 c. plus 1 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Stir together flour, pudding mix and baking powder.
    Combine egg, milk and melted butter.
    Add to dry ingredients.
    Mix well by hand.
    Spread in a greased 8 x 8 x 2-inch pan.
    Drain peaches, reserving 1/3 cup liquid.
    Chop peaches and sprinkle over batter in pan.
    Beat together cream cheese, 1/2 cup sugar and 1/3 cup peach liquid; pour over peaches.
    Combine 1 tablespoon sugar and 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon.
    Sprinkle over all.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Cool and serve.
