Banana Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. sugar
1/2 c. shortening
2 eggs
3 ripe bananas, mashed
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 3/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Mix in order given. Bake in greased small loaf tins. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 55 minutes to 1 1/4 hours. Done when toothpick stuck in center of loaf comes out clean. Makes 2 loaves.
