Cream Cheese Puffs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 oz. low-fat cream cheese, softened
1 egg yolk
1 tsp. onion, grated
18 small crackers
pinch of salt
pinch of pepper
paprika
Preparation

Blend cream cheese, egg, onion, salt and pepper. Spread mixture 1/4-inch thick on the crackers.
Sprinkle with paprika.
Place crackers on a cookie sheet under the broiler to puff and brown.
