Noodles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 whole eggs or 3 to 4 egg yolks
    1 Tbsp. cream or Wesson oil
    1 tsp. salt
    flour (enough to make soft dough)
Preparation
    Combine ingredients.
    Knead 5 to 10 times.
    Roll out to thin dough and cut in strips.
    Let dry to use immediately.
    Noodles freeze well.
