Tex Mex Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 medium-size avocados
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 c. (8 oz.) dairy sour cream
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
    2 (10 1/2 oz. each) cans plain or jalapeno-flavored bean dip
    1 large bunch green onions, with tops, chopped
    3 medium size tomatoes, coarsely chopped
    2 (3 1/2 oz. each) cans pitted, ripe olives, chopped
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. Cheddar cheese, shredded
    large round tortilla chips
Preparation
    Peel, pit and mash avocados in a medium size bowl.
    Add lemon juice, salt and pepper.
    In a separate bowl, combine sour cream, mayonnaise and taco seasoning.
