Sopa De Pan (Bread Pot Soup) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 slices French bread
    4 chicken bouillon cubes or 4 c. your own broth
    4 c. water (if using cubes)
    4 eggs
    butter
    Parmesan grated cheese
    4 slices Swiss cheese
    1 sprig parsley
    black pepper to taste
    salt to taste
Preparation
    Toast and butter the French bread.
    Break into large pieces; put several in bottom of individual bowls.
    Drop one whole uncooked egg in each bowl.
    Dissolve the bouillon cubes in 4 cups of boiling water or bring your 4 cups of homemade broth to a boil. Pour the liquid on top of the eggs.
    Sprinkle with grated cheese. Put a slice of Swiss cheese on top of each bowl.
    Put bowls in the oven under the broiler until cheese begins to melt.
    Garnish with parsley.
