Chicken Enchiladas - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. sour cream
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped green chilies
1/2 c. milk
tortillas
1 to 1 1/2 c. cooked chicken or turkey
Preparation

Stir together soup, sour cream, 3/4 cup Cheddar cheese, onion and green chilies.\tReserve 3/4 cup for sauce.
Then add chicken or turkey.\tFlour
tortillas
and
fill
with mixture, place in greased baking
dish. Add the 1/2 cup milk to the 3/4 cup of reserved sauce and pour over top.
Garnish with 1/4 cup cheese. Bake at 350\u00b0
for
about
30
minutes.
Makes
6 to 8 tortillas.
