No-Cook Tomato Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. fresh ripe tomatoes
basil
parsley
garlic
1 Tbsp. oil
1 Tbsp. vinegar
pepper
tortellini or ravioli
Preparation
-
Dice tomatoes.
Toss with herbs.
Add vinegar and oil.
Chill while cooking tortellini or ravioli.
Toss together.
Serve immediately.
