Pink Lady Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (15 1/2 oz.) can crushed pineapple
    1 small pkg. strawberry Jell-O
    1 lb. cottage cheese (small curd)
    1/2 c. pecans, chopped
    9 oz. Cool Whip
Preparation
    Bring crushed pineapple to boil; add strawberry Jell-O.
    Add cottage cheese.
    Blend pecans with Cool Whip; mix into Jell-O, pineapple and cottage cheese.
    Chill.
