South Carolina Red Chicken Stew(Serving Size: 12) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (5 lb.) chicken (hen)
    4 slices bacon, chopped
    2 medium onions, diced
    1/4 lb. butter (1 stick)
    1 1/2 bottles ketchup (14 oz. bottles)
    2 Tbsp. prepared mustard
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    salt, pepper and hot sauce to taste
    cooked white rice
Preparation
    Cook the chicken in a covered Dutch oven until very tender, using just enough water to keep from sticking.
    Remove skin, then pull meat from bones and tear into serving-size pieces.
    Discard skin and bones.
    Return chicken pieces to Dutch oven.
