Spoon Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. corn meal
    2 c. cold water
    2 tsp. salt
    1 c. milk
    2 to 3 eggs
    2 Tbsp. fat
Preparation
    Mix meal, water and salt; boil for 5 minutes.
    Add milk, eggs and fat; pour into hot greased pan.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 50 minutes.
