Grape-Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. Grape-Nuts
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. milk
    2 eggs, beaten
    3 c. flour
    3 tsp. baking powder
Preparation
    Pour milk over Grape-Nuts; let stand a few minutes.
    Add beaten eggs and sugar.
    Sift flour and baking powder together; add to wet ingredients.
    Batter is very stiff.
    Pour into well-greased 9-inch loaf pan; let stand 15 to 20 minutes.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 60 minutes or more.
