Lemon Crunch - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 sticks butter
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 c. chopped nuts
8 oz. cream cheese
2 c. powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
5 oz. Cool Whip
1 can lemon pie filling
8 oz. sour cream
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Cream the cream cheese and gradually add powdered sugar; set aside.
Mix 1 teaspoon vanilla and Cool Whip.
Add that to the cheese mixture.
Spread over crust and chill.
Spread lemon pie filling over top.
Then spread sour cream mixed with 2 tablespoons sugar and 1 teaspoon vanilla (mix well and pour over lemon filling).
Chill.
