Fresh Basil Tomato Sauce For Pasta - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 ripe Roma tomatoes, chopped
    3 Tbsp. olive oil
    2 cloves garlic
    10 fresh chopped basil leaves or 1 Tbsp. dried basil
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Saute garlic in olive oil.
    Add basil and cook for 1 minute. Add tomatoes, salt and pepper and let simmer for 15 minutes until tomatoes are soft.
    Makes a chunky tomato sauce for 4 servings. Pour over linguine or spaghetti.
    Add Parmesan cheese.
