Cream Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 box powdered sugar
    2 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Melt cream cheese in a double boiler over low heat (do not let cheese cook).
    Add the powdered sugar, a little at a time.
    Add vanilla and nuts.
    Place in a buttered pan; chill.
    (For chocolate, add desired amount of cocoa.)
