Eggplant Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 eggplant
    1 egg
    1 tsp. dried onion or 1 Tbsp. fresh onion
    8 to 10 crackers
    4 slices American cheese or equal amount of Cracker Barrel cheese (sharp)
    2 Tbsp. milk
Preparation
    Peel and chop eggplant.
    Cook until done in small amount of water.
    Beat 1 egg; add 1 teaspoon dried onion or tablespoon of fresh onion.
    Break up 8 to 10 crackers.
    Mix all with eggplant. Break up 4 slices American cheese or equal amount of Cracker Barrel cheese (sharp).
    Mix 3 slices of cheese and 2 tablespoons milk with eggplant.
    Arrange pieces of 4th slice of cheese on top of casserole.
    Bake in greased casserole, uncovered, 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
