Scalloped Apples - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 medium apples
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 c. water
3/4 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. flour
1/3 c. butter
Preparation

Pare, core and slice the apples.
Place in a buttered casserole and add the cinnamon, salt, lemon juice and water.
Work the sugar, flour and butter together until crumb-like in consistency.
Spread this over the apples and bake at 400\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Yields 6 servings.
