Ingredients

3 c. Bisquick baking mix
3/4 c. water
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. chopped onions
1/2 Tbsp. salt
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1 can (15 oz.) tomato sauce
1 Tbsp. Italian seasoning
1 jar (4 1/2 oz.) sliced mushrooms, drained
1/2 c. chopped green peppers
2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese (about 8 oz.)
Preparation

Heat oven to 425\u00b0.
Lightly grease jelly roll pan (15 1/2 x 10 1/2 x 1-inch) or cookie sheet.
Mix baking mix and water until soft dough forms.
Pat dough on bottom and up sides of pan with floured hands.
Or roll into rectangle, 13 x 10-inch, and place on cookie sheet.
Pinch edges of rectangle, forming 3/4 inch rim.
