Heavenly Apple Salad(Refreshing Fresh Fruit Flavor. Tasty Dressing.) - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 c. boiling water
1 (6 oz.) box lemon gelatin
16 marshmallows, cut in small pieces (about 75 miniatures)
1 c. cold water
2 large apples, peeled and diced
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1 (16 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
2/3 c. granulated sugar
2 eggs, well beaten
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 pt. whipping cream, whipped

Preparation

Sprinkle gelatin into a 9 x 13-inch dish; add boiling water and stir until dissolved.
Add marshmallows and stir until melted. Stir in cold water.
Refrigerate until gelatin thickens.
Fold apples, pecans and pineapple into thickened mixture.
Refrigerate until set.
