Dilly Casserole Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 packet active dry yeast
1/4 c. warm water
1 c. creamed cottage cheese, heated to lukewarm
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 Tbsp. instant minced onion
1 Tbsp. butter
2 tsp. dill seed
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. soda
1 unbeaten egg
2 1/4 to 2 1/2 c. flour
Preparation

Mix together first 2 ingredients; set side.
Combine all remaining ingredients (except flour) with the softened yeast.
Add flour to rest of ingredients to form a stiff dough, beating well after each addition.
Let rise in a warm place until doubled in size (50 to 60 minutes).
