Cranberry Orange Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 egg
    1 1/4 c. orange juice
    1 Tbsp. grated orange rind
    3 c. prepared biscuit mix
    3/4 c. chopped nuts
    1 c. chopped fresh cranberries
Preparation
    Combine sugar, egg, orange juice, orange rind and biscuit mix. Beat hard about 30 seconds. The dough will be lumpy. Stir in nuts and cranberries. Pour into a greased 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan. Bake 55 to 60 minutes at 350\u00b0. Test for doneness with a toothpick. Remove from pan. Cool before slicing.
