Swiss Steak #1 - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. round steak (1-inch thick)
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 c. catsup
    1 tsp. salt
    3 stalks celery, chopped
    1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
    1 chopped onion
Preparation
    Brown
    both
    sides of beef with butter in 14-inch Dutch oven. Add
    other\tingredients
    and
    cook covered for 2 hours. Add water if needed to keep sauce thinner.
