Chocolate Zucchini Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 c. oil
4 sq. unsweetened chocolate, melted
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. grated zucchini
3 c. flour
1 c. walnuts (optional)

Preparation

Beat eggs, sugar and oil. Add zucchini, chocolate and vanilla. Add sifted dry ingredients.
Grease and flour a tube or Bundt pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 20 minutes or until done.
