Refrigerator Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (15 oz.) box Raisin Bran cereal
    1 qt. buttermilk
    1 c. oil
    2 1/2 c. sugar (part brown sugar)
    4 eggs
    5 c. flour
    1 Tbsp. plus 2 tsp. baking soda
    2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients and refrigerate at least 6 hours.
    Bake muffins 10 to 15 minutes at 375\u00b0.
    Refrigerate batter, covered, up to 6 weeks.
