Pork B~B~Q Cole Slaw - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 medium head of green cabbage (approx. 2 lbs.), shredded
1 grated carrot
1/2 c. red cabbage (optional), for color
Preparation

Mix cabbage, carrot, and red cabbage.
Pour dressing over cabbage until moist and stir.
Refrigerate.
Add salt and pepper to taste just before serving.
