Stuffed Pork Chops - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 thick pork chops
1/2 c. bread crumbs
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. minced parsley
1/8 tsp. grated onion
1/4 c. diced apples
3 Tbsp. milk
Preparation

Have butcher cut a pocket on the bone side of each pork chop. Combine all ingredients and mix well; stuff each chop with this mixture.
Place in greased shallow pan and bake at 350\u00b0 for about 1 hour or until chops are tender.
