Pecan Squares - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/2 c. shortening
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
3 Tbsp. molasses
2 c. sifted flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cloves
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1 c. milk

Preparation

Cream shortening and sugar together. Add vanilla, eggs and molasses. Mix thoroughly.
