Cherry Cheese Delights - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    18 vanilla wafers
    16 oz. cream cheese, softened
    3 eggs
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 (21 oz.) can cherry pie filling
Preparation
    Put 1 vanilla wafer in each cupcake liner.
    Cream the cheese. Beat the eggs and blend into the creamed cheese.
    Add the remaining ingredients except the pie filling.
    Spoon the cheese mixture into the cupcake liner 3/4 full.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
    Remove from cupcake tin and cool.
    Spoon filling on top when cool.
