Santa Fe Spaghetti Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small medium green pepper
    1 lb. ground chuck
    1 (16 oz.) pkg. spaghetti (thin)
    1 can tomato soup
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 pkg. grated Cheddar cheese (8 oz.)
    1 can water
Preparation
    You will need a 9 x 13-inch pan or any baking dish that will hold this amount of spaghetti.
