Mini Calzones - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 cans Pillsbury or store brand buttermilk biscuits
    2 pkg. shredded Mozzarella cheese
    1 lb. domestic deli ham (other meats can be substituted)
    grated cheese and Italian seasoning
Preparation
    Flatten biscuits out on baking sheet.
    Put some ham on each biscuit; top with cheese.
    Shake on a little grated cheese and seasoning.
    Fold biscuits over so ingredients are in middle.
    Bake in preheated oven at 425\u00b0, approximately 15 minutes.
