Applesauce Raisin Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 stick margarine
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. allspice
1 1/2 c. applesauce
1 c. raisins

Preparation

Combine margarine, sugar and eggs; beat.
Add flour, soda, baking powder, salt, allspice, applesauce and raisins.
Mix all together.
Bake in loaf pan at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
