Raw Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. oil
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. soda
2 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
3 c. raw apples, sliced
1 c. nuts (optional)

Preparation

Combine all ingredients and stir in apples last.
Bake 1 hour or longer in Bundt pan at 325\u00b0.
