Ingredients

1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple
2 c. whole cranberries
6 medium apples
1/2 c. pecans
1 1/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. grated orange rind
1 (10 oz.) pkg. mini marshmallows
1 tsp. almond flavoring
1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
Preparation

Drain pineapple.
Chop cranberries (can be put in a blender or food processor).
Peel and slice apples thin.
Add sugar to pineapple, cranberries and apples.
Mix well.
Let stand for 15 minutes. Fold in remaining ingredients.
Freeze in 2 loaf pans.
