Fresh Peach Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 small can frozen orange juice
2 c. water
1/2 to 1 c. sugar
4 Tbsp. cornstarch
fresh peaches (enough to fill pie shell)
1 pie shell
4 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 Tbsp. almond flavoring
Preparation

Prepare your favorite pie shell. Let cool. Dilute frozen orange juice with water. Add sugar to taste. Add 4 tablespoons cornstarch. Cook until mixture thickens. Remove from heat. Add 1 tablespoon almond flavoring. Cool before pouring over peaches. Slice peaches into pie shell. Pour cooled glaze over peaches. Chill. At time of serving, may top with cream, Cool Whip, yogurt or ice cream.
