Barbecued Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. unpeeled potatoes, washed
    1 Tbsp. plus 1 tsp. margarine, melted
    1 Tbsp. honey
    2 tsp. chili powder
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    1/8 tsp. black pepper
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 425\u00b0.
    With knife, cut potatoes crosswise into thin slices.
    Spray baking pan with nonstick cooking spray.
    Place potatoes on pan.
    In small bowl, combine remaining ingredients until well blended.
    Spread evenly over potatoes.
    Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until potatoes are fork-tender.
    Makes 4 servings; 160 calories; 4 grams fat; 0 cholesterol; 70 milligrams sodium. Calories from fat 23.
