Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. diced bacon
    1 medium onion, diced
    2 stalks celery, diced
    2 Tbsp. flour
    3 c. water
    2 c. chicken broth
    4 large potatoes, peeled and diced
    1 1/2 c. sour cream
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Place bacon, onion and celery in the bottom of a large boiler and cook until vegetables are tender.
    Sprinkle in flour and cook 3 minutes.
    Add water, chicken broth and potatoes.
    Cook until potatoes are soft.
