Beef Rice Hot Dish(Serves 25) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. celery, chopped
    1 large onion, chopped
    3 pounds ground beef
    3 c. rice, cooked
    2 - 3 oz cans mushroom soup
    3 cans cream of chicken soup
    3 soup cans of water
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Brown celery and onions in butter, add meat and brown.
    Add remaining ingredients and bake at 350\u00b0 for 2 hours.
