Vidalia Onion Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. chopped vidalia onions
1/2 stick margarine
3 eggs beaten
1/2 c. saltine crackers
3/4 c. milk
1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
salt & pepper to taste
Preparation
-
Saute onions in margarine.
Mix onions and other ingredients except cheese.
Pour into a baking dish and top with cheese.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25-30 minutes.
